And now, here's that video interview with Mercedes that I've been promising you

We filmed it in Jerez one spring just after the Flamenco Tour.

In the video below Mercedes talks about the road to becoming a soloist, the challenges of having her own company, developing her style, navigating motherhood and flamenco dance, collaborating artistically with her husband, what flamenco means to her, what she gains from teaching and her thoughts on teaching those of us who are not pros, and her advice to adults who want to learn to dance.
